【配方一】当归50克，川芎、白芷各30克，细辛5克，白酒500毫升。

【制法】将前四味切片，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡5～7日后，过滤去渣，备用。

【功效】活血化淤，祛风止痛。

【主治】血虚挟淤所致的头痛，其痛如细筋牵引或针刺痛，痛连眼角，午后尤甚，或兼双目发涩，心悸怔忡，面色萎黄，眩晕等症。舌质淡，可见淤点。

【用法】口服：每次服15～30毫升或适量饮用，日服3次。

【附记】屡用效佳。
 

【配方二】炙当归、芍药各60克，生地黄10克，白酒适量。

【制法】将前两味共研细末，备用。

【功效】清热凉血，活血止血。

【主治】妊娠堕胎后出血不止。

【用法】口服：每取药末9克，以白酒20毫升，生地黄10克，于银器内，慢火煎至七分，去渣。温服，以恶血下为度。

【附记】引自《普济方》。芍药用赤芍为宜。
 

【配方三】当归250克。

【制法】将当归捣成粗末，用纱布袋盛之，置于净器中，倒入黄酒1000毫升浸泡，封口，5日后启封，药袋压榨取液，过滤去渣备用。

【用法】口服。每次20～30毫升，早、晚各1次。

【功效】补血调经，活血止痛，润燥滑肠。

【主治】妇女月经不调、经行腹痛、腰痛便秘、产后瘀滞腹痛。

【宜忌】湿盛中满、大便溏泄者慎用。

【附记】当归既能补血，又能活血，为妇科调经要药，常用于血虚或血虚兼有瘀滞的月经不调、痛经等症。当归同时含有兴奋和抑制子宫平滑肌的成分，抑制成分主要为挥发油及阿魏酸，兴奋成分为水溶性或醇溶性的非挥发性物质，故当归对子宫的作用取决于子宫的功能状态而呈双相调节；当归中还含有脂溶性物质如维生素E等。所以，当归调经，用酒剂比水煎剂更好，因为调经止痛的有效物质在酒剂中的溶出率比在水煎剂中高，当归制成酒剂，借酒力行药势，益彰其效。
