【配方】丁香、儿茶、红花、生地黄、赤芍、丹皮、白芷、川芎、樟脑各10克，木香、防风、乳香、没药各9克，大黄、当归各12克，薄荷6克，90%乙醇适量。

【制法】除樟脑外，将前十五味捣碎，加入90%乙醇(适量)浸泡24小时(乙醇与药材之比为1：2)，然后置水浴锅中，用蒸馏法收集蒸馏液200毫升，药渣中残留液抽滤尽，再把樟脑粉加入蒸馏液中搅匀，与抽滤液合并，添加乙醇至350毫升，贮瓶备用。

【功效】温经散寒，通络止痛。

【主治】肩周炎(肩凝症)。症见肩关节疼痛难忍，难以入眠，手不能抬举转后，吃饭、抬头困难，苔白，脉浮。
