【配方】老贯金10千克，苍术、透骨草、威灵仙各5千克，苍耳子叶、黄柏、防风各2.5千克，草乌250克，山龙5千克，山糖3千克，白酒20千克。

【制法】先将黄柏加水煎煮1小时后，再入其他各药，加水超过药面6厘米(2寸)，煎至水剩1/3，滤取药液；药渣再加水煎1次。合并两次药液，浓缩成3000～3500毫升，加入白酒和白糖，搅匀，静置3日后，滤过即成。

【功效】敖风利湿，消炎止痛。

【主治】风寒腰腿痛，筋骨麻木。

【用法】口服：每次服15～30毫升，日服2或3次。

【制法】将上药切碎，用白酒2000毫升浸泡，密封，1个月后，过滤去渣，得药酒装瓶备用。

【用法】口服。每次15～30毫升，每日2次。

【功效】祛湿，舒筋，通络。

【主治】风湿性关节炎及各种关节疼痛。

【附记】络石藤、海风藤、鸡血藤诸藤类药，祛风通络作用较好；鸡血藤还有养血活血功效；五加皮、桑寄生补肝肾，强筋骨，祛风湿；木瓜祛风除湿，舒筋活络。全方总体作用平和，坚持服用，必有良效。
