【配方】常山90克，炙鳖甲60克，炙鲮鲤甲、炙乌贼骨各30克，乌梅肉6克，桃仁40克，竹叶、葱白各100克，豆豉(熬令香)10克，白酒3000毫升。

【制法】将前九味捣碎，入布袋，置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡3～7日后，过滤去渣，即成。

【功效】截疟。

【主治】疟疾反复发作，久治不愈者。

【用法】口服：早晨空腹温服10毫升，良久取吐，如不吐，至中午亦服之；四服如不瘥，隔日再依前服必瘥。
