【配方一】

【配方】黄药子500克，白酒2500毫升。

【制法】将上药置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡7日后即成；或用火烧1小时，惟烧至酒气香味出，瓶头有津即止火。不待经宿，候酒冷，即可。过滤去渣，储瓶备用。

【功效】散结消瘦，清热解毒。

【主治】痰热互结所致的瘿瘤，如甲状腺瘤、淋巴结肿大等。

【用法】口服：每次服10～15毫升，每日早、晚各服1次。应控制饮用量。

【附记】引自《本草纲目》。凡脾胃虚寒及肝功能不正常者忌服。戒怒，忌食一切毒物。验之临床多效。

【来源】浙江中医杂志，

【配方】黄药子300克。

【制法】将上药研成细末，与白酒1500毫升和匀，分装4个500毫升盐水瓶中，扎紧瓶塞，放锅中，加水加温至60～70℃(温度过高，瓶易炸裂)，24小时后取出，冷却过滤，备用。

【用法】口服。每次6毫升，每日3次，睡前加服12毫升。不会饮酒者，少量多次服用。1个月为1个疗程。肿瘤消失后，继续服半个疗程，以巩固疗效。

【功效】消痰软坚，凉血解毒。

【主治】甲状腺腺瘤。

【宜忌】肝功能不良者忌服。

【附记】黄药子，为薯蓣科植物黄独的块茎，有小毒，过量或长期服用，对肝脏可能造成损害，出现肝功能异常，但停药对症处理后，即可恢复正常。故临床用1个疗程后，最好间隔7～10天后再开始第2个疗程，这样可以避免或减少不良反应的发生。
