【配方】儿茶、黄芩、黄柏各100克，冰片30～50克，80%乙醇1000毫升。

【制法】将前3味研细，与冰片一起置容器中，加入80%乙醇，密封，浸泡3日后，过滤去渣，取汁，储瓶备用。

【功效】清热解毒，收敛止痛。

【主治】烧伤。

【用法】外用：先用0.1%新洁尔灭(苯扎溴铵)液清洗创面，并去除水疱、污皮及污物，继用清毒生理盐水冲洗干净，然后以消毒纱布拭干创面水分，铺垫消毒被单。此时创面外涂1%达克罗宁液(总量不超过1克)以减疼痛，2～3分钟后，喷洒或外涂此药酒(液)，以结痂。早期，每隔2～4小时喷涂药液1次，并用灯泡或电吹风将创面烤之，以促进药痂的形成。待成痂牢固后，每日喷涂药液1～2次。

【附记】引自《百病中医熏洗熨擦疗法》。为避免创面长期受压，在治疗期间应经常翻身，一般2-3小时1次。对痂下有感染或积液者，需随时清创引流，反复涂药定痂。
