【配方】当归40克，鬼箭羽30克，白酒600毫升。

【制法】将前二十味捣碎，置容器中，加入白酒，以文火煮数百沸，候冷，密封，浸泡3日后，过滤去渣，即成。

【功效】补血和血，祛淤止痛。

【主治】产后血运欲绝、败血不散、脐腹疼痛等症。

【用法】口服：每次空腹温服15～20毫升，每日早、晚各服1次。

【附记】引自《圣济总录》。验之临床多效。

【制法】将上药打碎成粗粒状，装纱布袋，放酒坛中，倒入米酒1000毫升，文火煮数百沸，候凉，密封3日，去袋取用。

【用法】口服。每次15～20毫升，每日早、晚各1次。

【功效】补血和血，祛瘀止痛。

【主治】妇女产后血晕欲绝，败血不散，脐腹疼痛。

【宜忌】忌食生冷。

【附记】妇女产后，胞宫内瘀血如浊液留滞不下，或虽下甚少，有欲止之势，为产后血晕欲绝之症。本药酒中当归补血和血，鬼箭羽破血祛瘀，药借酒势，其效益彰。鬼箭羽，为卫矛科植物卫矛的具翅状物的枝条或翅状附属物。《新修本草》：“疗妇人血气，大效。”《日华子本草》记载其能治疗“产后血绞肚痛。”
