【配方一】黄连6000克，入地牛金根皮45000克，吴茱萸、白芷、五灵脂、雄黄各22000克，黑皮蛇、白毛莲各17000克，细辛9000克，大黄28000克，金果榄4000克，坑边藕、荆芥各56000克，黄柏12000克，七星剑、山白菜各40000克，巴豆叶5000克，海底眼针60000克，九里香叶34000克，米酒1000升。

【制法】将前十九味捣碎，混匀，先取2/3量，置大容器中，加入米酒，密封，浸泡20日后，过滤，滤液再浸其余1/3药物，浸泡25日，过滤即得。

【功效】解毒消肿。

【主治】各种毒蛇咬伤中毒。

【用法】口服：轻者每次服30毫升，每日1次；重者每次服60毫升，每2～3小时服1次。外用：可用棉花、布、纸渗药酒温敷。敷药前暴露伤口，以大蒜头(或辣椒)轻擦，自上而下，擦至出血为度。

【配方二】山扁豆全草、瓜子金全草、大金不换全草、双飞蝴蝶根、洗手果树皮、白乌柏树根皮、六棱菊全草各15克，米酒500毫升。

【制法】将前七味洗净晒干切碎，置容器中，加入米酒，密封，浸泡1个月后，过滤去渣，即成。

【功效】清热解毒，利尿消肿。

【主治】毒蛇咬伤。

【用法】口服：成人每次服30～50毫升(重症加倍)。银环蛇、金环蛇咬伤者，每半小时服1次，连服3日，症状好转后每隔2～3小时服药1次。吹风蛇、青竹蛇咬伤者，每隔2～3小时服药1次(重症每半小时服1次，症状好转后改为每2～3小时服1次)。还可用药酒自上而下涂擦伤口周围肿痛处，每日擦4～5次。小孩与妇女可加温开水于药酒内同服。
