【配方】制川乌、制草乌、制附子、桂枝、川芎、炒白芍、木瓜各50克，当归、川红花各75克，透骨草60克，炮山甲30克，延胡索70克，蜈蚣10条，土鳖虫20克，甘草10克，55度白酒2500毫升。
