【配方】羌活、防风各30克，当归15克，赤芍、姜黄、黄芪各20克，炙甘草10克，白酒1000毫升。

【制法】将上药共研为粗末，纱布袋装，扎口，白酒浸泡。14日后取出药袋，压榨取液，将榨取液与药酒混合，静置，过滤即得，装瓶备用。

【功效】祛风胜湿，益气。

【主治】颈椎病，也用于颈项、肩臂疼痛，肢麻不适或头昏目眩等。

【用法】口服：每次服20毫升，日服2～3次。
