【配方】生姜250～500克，50～60度白酒500毫升。

【制法】将生姜捣烂，连汁置容器中，加入白酒，密封，浸泡2日后即可取用。

【功效】解毒杀菌。

【主治】鹅掌风，甲癣等。

【用法】外刚：每日早、晚取此药酒涂搽患处数遍，或将患部浸泡入药酒中5～10分钟。

【附记】引自《民间百病良方》。本药酒中加入红糖500克，每服10～15毫升，用治寒性腹痛，效佳。也可预防感冒。

【用法】外用。①鹅掌风：用脱脂棉球蘸药酒，每日早晚搽患手(足)数遍，或每日早晚将患手(足)浸入药酒中1～2分钟，然后用甘油涂患部，1周可见效。②甲癣：用棉花蘸药酒搽患甲，每日早、中、晚三次，连续不断，直至新甲长出。

【功效】祛风止痒。

【主治】鹅掌风、甲癣。

【附记】鹅掌风，即手癣，初起为散发小水疱，多见于手指、掌心，以后脱屑，损害增多扩大，融合成片，边缘有环状鳞屑，日久皮肤变厚，冬季可裂隙，可累及指甲，即为甲癣，又称灰指甲。
