【配方一】

【配方】鹿茸2克，蛤蚧19.5克(酒炙)，狗鞭(酒炙)9.6克，黄精200克，枸杞子100克，松子仁50克，柏子仁(去油)65克，白酒、蜂蜜各适量。

【制法】将前七味粗碎，以白酒适量浸泡7日，然后用渗滤法收集滤液；另取蜂蜜250克，炼至嫩蜜，待温，兑入滤液中，搅匀，静置，添白酒至2500毫升，储存备用。

【功效】补益肾阳，强壮筋骨，养心安神，益气定喘。

【主治】面色咣白，腰酸肢冷，阳萎，遗精，心悸不宁，健忘不寐以及咳喘日久，气短无力，动则喘甚，汗出肢冷等症。

【用法】口服：每次服25～50毫升，日服2次。

【附记】引自《卫生部药品标准》。此药酒用治早泄，效果亦佳。凡邪热内伏及阴虚火旺者忌服。孕妇慎用；感冒时停服。

【功效】补益肾阳，强壮筋骨，养心安神。

【主治】用于腰酸肢冷，阳痿遗精，心悸气短，健忘不寐，或咳喘日久，动则喘甚。

【附记】方中鹿茸、狗鞭补肾壮阳：黄精、枸杞子补肾益阴；松子仁、柏子仁养心安神；蛤蚧补肾益肺、纳气定喘，也有一定的壮阳作用。《本草纲目》有“(蛤蚧)补肺气，益精血，定喘止嗽……助阳道”的记载。蛤蚧用时去头、足和鳞片。其提取物具有雄激素样作用。狗鞭，即狗肾，是雄性狗的阴茎和睾丸，使用时先用酒浸润透后，切片，与其他药物的粗粉混合在一起，纱布袋装，再用白酒浸泡。

本药酒配方特点为“阴中求阳”，即在使用壮阳药的同时，配伍大量补阴滋润阴柔的药物，使全方温而不燥。
