配方】杏仁、生薏苡仁滑石(另包)各50克,白通草、竹叶、川厚朴半夏各30克,白蔻仁20克,江米酒1500毫升。

制法】将前八味捣细,置容器中,加入江米酒,密封,浸泡7日后,过滤去渣,即成。

功效】清热利湿,宣化和中。

主治】湿温初起,暑热挟湿,头痛身重,胸闷,食欲缺乏。

用法】口服:每次服20毫升,日服3次。

附记】引自《温病条辨》。本方原为汤剂,今改用酒剂,验之临床,常收良效。避风,孕妇忌服。

[ formula ] apricot kernel, raw coix seed, talcum (in another package) each 50g, baitongcao, Zhuye, chuanhoupu, Banxia each 30g, baikou kernel 20g, jiangmi wine 1500ml.

[ preparation method ] finely pound the first eight flavors, put them into a container, add jiangmi wine, seal, soak for 7 days, filter and remove the residue.

[ efficacy ] clearing heat and dampness, Xuanhua Hezhong.

[ indications ] at the beginning of damp and warm, summer heat with dampness, headache, heavy body weight, chest tightness, lack of appetite.

[ usage ] oral: take 20ml each time, 3 times a day.

[ postscript ] is quoted from the treatise on febrile diseases. This prescription was originally a decoction, but now it has been changed to wine. It has been proved that it has good effect. Avoid the wind, pregnant women should not take it.
